FAQs

Why do you offer one-on-one care?

When families trust us with the care of their loved ones, it’s a privilege and we take it to heart. Sometimes we find some participants can benefit from having the full attention of a carer which is why we also offer one-on-one care. This approach to care means no participant will slip through the cracks and miss out on receiving the care they deserve.

Can I change Support Workers?

Absolutely! It’s essential for our participants to feel completely comfortable expressing how they feel and to work with someone they have a strong connection. Matching a participant with the right Support Worker can take time which is why we always encourage our participants to vocalise if they would like to work with someone different.

I need help with NDIS but don't know where to start?

NDIS is a complex area. It’s navigating mountains of documentation, managing your budget, interviews with Carers, medical appointments and more. Sometimes it feels like it’s impossible to know if you’re making the right step.

We have a wealth of experience available to participants and their family members with a network of exceptional Support Workers. Working with us means working with a community that will always go above and beyond to do everything it can to help. If you have any questions about how to navigate your funding, give us a call. We’d be more than happy to help.

What's the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) offers assistance to those who have serious and permanent disabilities. It provides financing for a variety of supports, such as personal care, treatment, equipment, and assistive technology. In general, the NDIS strives to give people managing a disability the chance to lead a regular life and become active, contributing members of the community.
